Summary:

The Project Manager, Enterprise Operations & PMO serves as a working lead supporting enterprise initiatives, operational execution, PMO functions, workflow governance, AI-enabled process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across Osi Vision. The role is responsible for helping manage and mature a lean, high-velocity operational environment designed to improve speed, consistency, scalability, compliance, knowledge management, reuse, and organizational effectiveness. This is a hands-on operational role. The Project Manager actively participates in initiative intake, planning, workflow management, schedule oversight, risk tracking, process improvement, review coordination, operational reporting, AI-assisted productivity initiatives, and execution readiness activities. The position works closely with executive leadership, directors, program managers, IDTG, SMEs, and support personnel to ensure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise priorities and are executed effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Operations & PMO Management: Support day-to-day PMO and enterprise operations functions. Coordinate workflows from intake through execution, review, closure, and lessons learned. Track schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and status. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Support governance artifacts, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Operational Planning & Execution: Coordinate strategic initiatives and enterprise projects. Support action tracking, meeting cadence management, and execution readiness. Assist with risk mitigation and escalation tracking.
  • Knowledge Management & Automation: Maintain reusable templates, trackers, SOPs, and operational artifacts. Support AI-enabled workflows and automation tools including Microsoft Power Automate. Improve workflow efficiency and operational maturity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and support operational excellence initiatives. Recommend improvements supporting scalability and disciplined growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager within the last 10 years supporting business-related environments.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required prior to employment.
  • APMP certification desired within 6 months of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Must be available during core business hours; may be required to support weekends and holidays to meet Government and corporate timelines.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint, workflow management, document collaboration environments, and operational process coordination.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting or managing knowledge management and reusable content environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, collaborative document environments, and CRM or opportunity-management platforms.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and schedule-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workflow activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with SMEs, BD personnel, pursuit leads, reviewers, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Strong written communication, document coordination, and operational support capabilities.

Language Skills

  • Technical Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey operational and project information clearly to executive leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Proficient in producing KPI dashboards, executive status reports, governance artifacts, and operational briefings.
  • Documentation: Skilled in developing SOPs, runbooks, templates, trackers, and reusable operational artifacts.
