Enterprise Operations Analyst I

Position Summary 

Osi Vision is seeking an Enterprise Operations Analyst I to join our Innovation and Digital Transformation Group (IDTG). This position will support multiple enterprise workstreams focused on improving how the company plans, coordinates, documents, and executes priority initiatives. 

The analyst will support IDTG and Osi Vision’s broader enterprise operating model, including Factory-enabled project coordination, process improvement, digital transformation, knowledge management, AI-enabled workflows, and selected proposal and business development activities. 

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and subject matter. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support IDTG projects, enterprise initiatives, and Factory workstreams. 
  • Coordinate schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up. 
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and format professional reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents. 
  • Help develop and maintain repeatable processes, templates, checklists, trackers, standard operating procedures, and automation workflows. 
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI), Microsoft 365, automation tools, and other digital technologies to improve productivity and business processes. 
  • Support selected proposal and business development activities, including document coordination, compliance checks, schedules, action tracking, formatting, and submission preparation. 
  • Maintain organized project files, shared repositories, operational data, and knowledge-management resources. 
  • Coordinate with internal leadership, project teams, subject-matter experts, business development personnel, and external stakeholders. 
  • Help identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, schedule risks, and unresolved actions to keep workstreams moving forward. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, education, public administration, information systems, or a related field preferred. 
  • One or more years of professional experience preferred; exceptional entry-level candidates will be considered. 
  • Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, terminology, and subject matter. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Interest in and ability to effectively use AI, automation, and digital productivity tools. 
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment. 

Preferred Experience 

  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: 
  • AI-enabled productivity tools, automation, or digital transformation 
  • Project coordination 
  • Business or enterprise operations 
  • Professional or technical writing 
  • Document-intensive work environments 
  • Federal government contracting 
  • Proposal development or proposal coordination 
  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or collaborative work-management tools
