Knowledge Management Specialist - Senior

Osi Vision is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist (KMS) ensures the flow of information across the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Infrastructure Security Division (ISD), Office for Bombing Prevention (OBP). This work is in the National Capital Region (Washington D.C)/Maryland). This is contingent upon award of this Contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Contract Project Manager (CPM) is support of the OBP customer.

• Managed the flow of information within OBP.

o Strengthens the links between knowledge sharing and information systems and improves integration among them.

o Works with a variety of different CISA offices and individuals to ensure that OBP personnel has access to the knowledge needed to do their jobs effectively.

• Administer SharePoint Security and Permissions for all site content.

• Develop new ways to capture, store, and share knowledge OBP.

o Includes creating databases or other digital tools to help OBP personnel find information quickly and easily.

• Maintain and update OBP knowledge management tools and repositories, such as the CISA.gov site, OBP SharePoint site and OBP activities database.

• Serve as the primary content contributor to the CISA.gov site, OBP SharePoint site and activities database.

• Coordinate with systems or communications engineering to resolve software / site problems.

• Communicate and work with different teams to ensure that content is published in a timely manner.

• Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.

• Interface and collaborate with CISA and ISD personnel, as necessary, to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with team to produce fresh and creative ideas, keeping the audience in mind.

Special Projects

• Provide support for special projects when directed by the Government (e.g., review strategic documents, assist in the development of OBP documents, periods of increased activity levels, emerging terrorist threats, natural disasters, special events, or significant incidents).

• Use highly capable experienced professionals to provide personnel with the maturity, experience, and the operational acumen required.

Required Qualifications:

• Requires 10 years SharePoint Administrator/End User experience.

o Requires previous experience administering SharePoint Security and Permissions for all site content and 140+ users.

o Requires experience with maintaining backups and assistance with restoration.

o Requires experience with maintaining file size limitations and quotas.

o Requires previous experience with understanding and incorporating new tools and functionality needs to fulfill business requirements.

o Requires experience in creating tutorials, spreadsheets, and other guides for office use.

• Requires Drupal experience.

o Requires previous experience in designing icons, animations, banners and other diverse types of graphics for both agency website and SharePoint pages.

• Requires previous experience with Web Content Administration and Web Development Support.

• Requires familiarity with Microsoft Power Applications and Microsoft Lists.

• Requires familiarity with Google Analytics.

• Travel may be required.

Desired Qualifications:

• BA/BA degree preferred.
