Internship Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Information Technology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gaining insight into IT operations, support, and projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide assistance with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
2. System Administration: Assist in maintaining and configuring IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
3. Information Security: Assist in organizational IT audits and compliance efforts to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
4. IT Projects: Participate in IT initiatives, such as software upgrades, system migrations, or cybersecurity audits.
5. Documentation: Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
6. User Training: Conduct training sessions or create guides to educate employees on IT tools and best practices.
7. Research and Analysis: Assist in researching new technologies or solutions to improve IT infrastructure and operations.
8. Cybersecurity: Gain exposure to a variety of tools and technologies used for threat detection and prevention.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Availability to work 20 – 30 hours per week from June 3^rd – August 16^th
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
• Experience working in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Cloud Environments, such as Azure Active Directory is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
• Eagerness to learn and stay acquainted with emerging technologies.
