Case Processing Analyst - Junior

Osi Vision is seeking a Junior Case Processing Analyst to provide customer service supportto ARNG Service Members(SM), family members and veterans as well as ARNG Education ServicesOffices from the 54 States and Territories in support of Gl Bill Programs(CH30, CH31, CH33/TEB, CH35, and CH1606). The ESS assists the ARNG EducationServices Offices and the Department of Veteran Affairs Regional Processing Offices byproviding subject matter expertise and timely administration of all GI BillPrograms, Kicker Programs and Education Services. Under the supervision ofthe Program Manager, analyzes State recommendation submissions, conducts Statetraining, conducts State Assistance Visits (SAVs), GI Bill Manager Courses andWorkshops, and policy research. Keeps Program Manager and other stakeholdersinformed of taskers, meetings, deadlines and assignments and assists to ensureall requirements are met. Abides by the policies and regulations provided bythe ARNG-HRH-C ARNG Education Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serves as an education program counselor and case processor for the Service Members of the Army National Guard and their families.

• Supports data entry of program-related information into various types of software

• Prepares PowerPoint presentations

• Documents, organizes, and tracks the numerous tasks, reports, data requests, memos, formal letters, and other types of documentation associated with the ARNG Incentive Program

• Maintains performance metrics, performs reviews, quality assurance for errors, missing or incorrect data format, timeliness, schedules, and submittals

• Prepares drafts of monthly and ad hoc reports

• Prepares materials for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.,

• Prepares memos and letters

• Assists with office administrative requirements such as training records, requests for installation passes, calendars and events

• Ability to travel to support trainings, events, functional panels, meetings/briefings, site assistance visits, etc.

• Other similar tasks assigned

Required Qualifications:

Required to be proficient in MS Office Suite Software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to create, enter, save, retrieve, edit, file and present text, spreadsheets and/or charts

• Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner following general guidelines

• Proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation

• Skills in written and oral communication as well as strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient in basic math

• Experience in handling/safeguarding PlI

• Experience in proof reading

• Experience in customer service and telephone etiquette

• Basic ability to read and interpret law, DoDis, ARs, etc

• Must be a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer experience within Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) at the

• Unit/State and National level

• Skill of a fully qualified typist to create a variety of correspondence and technical material

• Experience in preparing materials needed for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings and telephone calls

• Basic knowledge of ARNG Education Programs, Montgomery GI Bill Programs, Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS), and applicable law, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI), Army Regulations (AR), and other pertinent information related to Officer and Enlisted Soldier education programs and incentives.
