Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, focusing primarily on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects with some exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects in large enterprise environments, utilizing a blend of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver IAM projects, including automating static credential retrieval processes.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Present clear and concise project updates to leadership, showcasing strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Coordinate project activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in IAM, with familiarity in PAM considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow for project tracking and management.
• Experience working in a blended Waterfall/Agile environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership with a focus on KPIs and project outcomes.
