Supply Chain Program Manager

Remote - San Francisco, CA

We seek a seasoned Program Manager to lead and execute large-scale, cross-functional programs across our Corporate Systems, Order Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain domains. This role is pivotal in aligning project execution with strategic business goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs to support organizational objectives.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.
  • Drive program delivery through rigorous planning, communication, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Mentor project managers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Own and manage the Corporate Systems Domain portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro to drive progress and coordination.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Promote transparency and foster trust across stakeholder groups by clearly communicating timelines, progress, and trade-offs.

 Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise programs in corporate systems, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams and managing portfolios of interdependent projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification preferred.

 Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems integration and transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for large-scale programs.
